in bullet points

November 28, 2007 it's been a while, well not exactly as i made a short post during adcongress. but then again, it was more of a rant against the world than a decent post to tell how i've been, whether im still alive or did i manage to kill someone already.

and since its been quite some time, and a lot of things had happened, i'd like to share them to you in bullet points. hehe! tamad.

- spent weekend before last in pampanga to celebrate erwin, boyp's friend, 's birthday. (photos to follow)
- ate PIG BREASTS for the first time. it was milky, and soft... but i don't fancy eating them on a daily basis.
- had my first BURO as well. it's fermented fish and rice. but i can only have a small serving. alam nyo naman, ang allergies...
- was an official delegate of the 20th advertising congress. (photos to follow)
- went to subic for the first time. arrived with 3 luggages, went home with 5. hehe!
- (cont. of previous post) didn't get to send that stupid material, which made me hate the world. i wanted to put that stupid PC to flames! instead, i did what i do best. i cried. pota. i can never stop my tears when im frustrated, which ends up to doubling my frustation. pwe!
- enjoyed neil gaiman's session so much. the essence of what he discussed, you can read here now im a gaiman convert!
- missed this (and here is the other version of it)
- also enjoyed the session conducted by someone from JWT (sorry, haven't had a sip of coffee during the time he was introduces, so no luck in remembering anything important) about creating magic in advertising.
- partied till 5 in the morning, walked back to the hotel semi-sober. hehe!
- went to SBYC to wait for the shuttle but ended up boarding a yatch and taking alot of photos (again, to follow)
- experienced Ryan's Nikon D40 (tama ba) and took silly pictures (it really is much harder when it's dark)
- had a near death experience, fine. asthma attack lang actually. all because of lola's "don't cha" routine and alladin and princess jasmine's comeback. *wink*
- saw a monkey, and felt something else, (this sounds so green.haha!) at the forest hills rented apartment of our other officemates.
- didn't win on any of the raffles (im so unlucky. boo!) but t'was SO MUCH FUN!

now i'm back in the office, doing a lot of backlog from the 5 days that we were away. tomorrow we're off to Avilon Zoo for our BU Day (gawd, maybe it's our last. hay..) i'm in no position to disclose anything yet, at least not until 4 this afternoon.

oh and yeah, it's our 17th month. happy bunny, bunny. HAHA! Anlabo. i'll have a separate post for that soon.

so you wont have a hard time buying gifts for me this christmas, here's my long list: (i know, ang aga)

1. Macbook
2. DSLR Camera
3. Diving Equip (in this order: mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, regulator, BCD, tank)
4. Dive trip (tubataha or kota k or apo reef or palau...keri na hehe)
5. Shopping spree at Ross/Home depot/Target
6. shoes, any kind with heels not higher than 2" (im 7 1/2)
7. my first ever havaianas (brazzziiiilllll)
8. a beanbag or a cool comfy chair
9. flat screen TV, hehe.
10. a year supply of booze (if beer, RH lang pls)
11. Art materials (any medium, from crayons and coloring books to canvass and acrylics)
12. Drumset or Kahon. (wlang pilosopo)
13. Oven. i want to bake.
14. punching bag and gloves
15. a leather basketball.


Of course, Money is always the best. that way you know i will get what i really want.

And look at it this way, if you give me any of my top 5, i can consider that as an early bday gift as well. hehe :)
