October 18, 2005 the recent scandal that involved my alma mater left me wanting to go back and stranggle Benitez to death. if stories were true, he purposely passed a fake DECS clearance to be able to be an archer. i know he's the not the only person who'd've wanted to be one badly but did he really have to do that? i know how varsity players are given extra attention and consideration with regards to their academics, that i can take somehow although i still think its quite unfair. but this caused us a championship, and moreover, im sure im not the only archer who's going through all the snide comments and offending trash talk from people around them. what he did caused every lasallian everywhere. it was as if we too cheated, that we all are just like him.

its just not fair.

give me some slack, i graduated, although with no academic excellence award whatsoever, but i did that like everyone else did. ive had the worst profs, drilled my mind for complex math problem solutions, presented in front of a panel from hell for so many times, i suffered through exams, spent sleepless nights making sure the storyboards are all polished and the powerpoint presentation has everything, ive carried huge lighting equipments not to mention heavy cameras and endured hours of editing for a weekly homework, i survived the trimestral system which some may think is a good thing, well believe me, it can be hell. we are expected to learn everything in a shorter span of time, and if you cant keep up, then buh-bye!

it just frustrates me how one person can affect a whole community. if you dont believe that one person can change the world then you must not be a lasallian. ive actually been trying so hard not to whine here about this but im on the brink of shoving a whole chair down the throat of the next person who'd talk to me as if it was my fault benitez did what he did or that we lasallians are all cheaters. i dont even effing like that gorilla!!!

he cant catch a ball, he cant bring it down, he's like a friggin volleyball spiker when he rebounds, HELLO...volleyball's at the other court dear! fine he does score, but he makes more mistakes than points if you analyze his game. if lasalle doesnt need bigman i dont even think he'd have a second of playing time. i swear its infuriating. if he was hell good, and if it was because of him that we won those games, i wouldve been less angry, at least he had something to do with the wins he had cost, but OH-NO..friggin gorilla..

anyone who reads this, spare me the comments, i may be smiling and laughing it off but believe me...i might just snap. and Benitez, if i were you id watch my friggin balls.

14. punching bag and gloves
15. a leather basketball.


Of course, Money is always the best. that way you know i will get what i really want.

And look at it this way, if you give me any of my top 5, i can consider that as an early bday gift as well. hehe :)
